By continuing the registration process, you agree to be bound by the terms below setting out the rights and responsibilities between you as a Registered Member and this Website, operated by whatsupFREEHOLD LLC. Item A: Public Information You acknowledge that by registering on whatsupFREEHOLD, all of your submissions and postings to the public portion of the Website are public and not private information. WhatsupFREEHOLD specifically disclaims any liability with regard to any actions resulting from your submissions and postings to the public portion of the Website. Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your household. Generally, any communication which you post to the Website is considered to be non-confidential. If a particular webpage or form permits the submission of information that will be treated by whatsupFREEHOLD as confidential, that fact will be stated on those pages. Item B: Your Responsibilities You agree that you are responsible for your own submissions and postings and for any consequences thereof. Item C: Use of Communications Materials By posting communications on or through the Website, you automatically grant whatsupFREEHOLD a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the information alone or as part of other works in any form, media, or technology whether now known or hereafter developed. Item D: Registered Membership Account Terms Your account is based on your having an active email account. You must confirm your membership within seven (7) business days of an email notification from the whatsupFREEHOLD Editor/Webmaster/Web Administrator. If an email sent to you is returned as undeliverable, we will cancel your account privileges. To prevent this, you may update your e-mail by logging-in and clicking Profile. You may also update your e-mail by notifying the Editor. You agree to receive infrequent e-mails from whatsupFREEHOLD regarding your account information and management of the site that affect your use of a membership account. Our intention is not to send unsolicited e-mail, but only to keep our members informed of the site's functions and procedures. If you wish to receive more information, you may opt-in to additional E-mail Lists.
